I like the place when the Asian male or Asian female are behing the counter. When the Hispanic guys are there the kill my mode quickly.

Honestly, for fast mall food they are the best you are going to get.

Philly steak sandwich is good but I heard the chicken is even better

Horrible food . Had large Chicken buffalo ,which had very little to no chicken in it . Worst , had stomach bug after.🤢🤮 Horrible horrible place . Go only if you want to fall sick .

The chicken sub was okay. My review is 3.5/5. I should've tried the steak. I heard that the steak subs are the best. Go for steak. Other than that, great customer service. The worker gave me a free refill. Me and my friends will be back because of that.

I toke my sub back because some how they got bacon on there and the lady took it back and cup it for samples for every one else to try!! So I would never eat at this nasty place again!

This place is a joke. I have ordered sandwich without lettuce because of the e coli outbreak. He made the sandwich with lettuce, then noticed the order was without, so he just took out the meat and cheese from the order with lettuce putting it into a new sandwich. Complete joke. If someone says without lettuce, they should just make new order. Don't ever go to this place.

Having quick diner following shopping in the area. Not much people so service was good and fast. Food is fresh and not too bad.

Bad service. Very bad service. 1st they messed up wuth my drink. And while i was eating they called me back from my table and asked me to pay them more cz it was a different Drink. Argued for 10 mins.. I said i dont want this drink and i havnt even touched it . still he said pay the difference . i said your employee messed uo with the order. And i want what i order not this. And they denied that. I dont think i ever gave a 1 star to any1 before .

Worst customer service ever! I spent $200 on food for my friends n family n asked for 1 ranch n they wanted more money... Smh rude Asian lady charged me extra for something that already comes on sandwich! I got to Charlie’s everywhere but this one is the worst stay away!

The only food stop when at the mall (imho). Only St. John's (Sunnyvale) has better cheesesteaks.

Surprisingly good cheese steak sandwich. I think the bread is what makes them standout because it it toasted and yet somehow very light. Other places typically use a cold, dense roll. I usually won't eat a sandwich for dinner, but I make an exception for this place.

Service was good, food was good, but place was a bit pricey for being a fast - food.Overall would reccomend!

Very good place to grab a quick, small priced quality Philly. If you come near closing time, the crowd is MUCH thinner if you don't feel like waiting. My go-to at the Great Mall!

There is not enough meat or cheese. A real cheese steak doesn't have mayo lettuce or tomatoes but they use it as fillers for the lack of the meat and cheese. If it was a hoggie shop maybe 3 stars.
